For orders with immediate payment, you will receive an invoice via email as soon as your Topolino is delivered. For leasing purchases, the valid contract is the one you will receive by email following the signature, which you can request if lost by emailing Stellantis Financial Services Italia SpA customer service or by visiting the MyFinance personal area.

You will have to pay a deposit, which will be indicated during the purchase process. The accepted credit cards are Visa and Master Card. 

The balance of your order must be paid via bank transfer. Details concerning this transfer (amount, transfer reason, IBAN and BIC to use, reference to mention, etc.) will be specified in the confirmation email of your Topolino order. 

You can purchase the Topolino by paying cash or through a private leasing arrangement by submitting the request online. Leasing allows you to drive your Topolino by choosing the duration, annual mileage, and any initial deposit to construct a contained monthly fee that fits your spending needs. At the end of the period, you can choose whether to exercise the repurchase option and redeem your quadricycle or return it to your trusted dealership.

You can have the Topolino delivered: 

- At partner dealerships of the Fiat network - free of charge - (list of partners available during ordering or in the dedicated section of the website) 
- At home – for a fee - throughout Italy. 

If you order Topolino and choose to have it delivered to a Partner of our network, you will benefit from free delivery. You can find more details about Fiat partners in the website's dedicated section. 

To organize the delivery, it is necessary: 

- That all payments have been made for orders with immediate payment 
- That Stellantis Financial Services Italia SpA has accepted the financing request 
You will then be contacted to schedule the delivery.

For orders with immediate payment, you can cancel the order at any time before the vehicle's delivery. If the order is cancelled before the vehicle's delivery, any amount paid will be fully refunded.

You can drive the Topolino from the age of 14 with an AM license or if you possess any other driving license. 

The Topolino follows the quadricycle regulations so you can drive it everywhere except on expressways and highways. 

Topolino operates with a simple 3-position automatic transmission: forward, neutral for parking, and reverse. The 3 buttons are easily accessible under the phone holder. You drive the Topolino using only your right foot, managing two pedals: brake and accelerator. 

Fiat recommends maintenance every 2 years. 
The Topolino is easy to maintain, and in MyFIAT, you'll also find service and maintenance tutorials. As with any vehicle, a maintenance plan has been established to ensure long-lasting and safe operation. This maintenance plan will be provided to you at purchase and can also be found in your MyFIAT space. 
Furthermore, Topolino has its repair network. All the authorized workshops for Topolino's maintenance and repair will be listed in the MyFIAT app (as soon as available), and you can locate them after connecting your Topolino. You can book an appointment directly from the app for most authorized repairers.

Like all non-licensed vehicles, Topolino is exempt from technical inspection. 

Thanks to its stability and maximum 45 km/h speed, Topolino is safe and easy to drive. The Topolino is stable and enclosed, providing a higher safety level than a 2-wheel transport. The high seating position (at the same level as other vehicles) and a large glass surface ensure excellent visibility of the road and surrounding environment. It features 3-point seat belts (thus exceeding regulations that require only 2), has a tubular steel frame that provides a rigid space, and protects passengers with minimal deformation in case of an impact, allowing it to withstand a collision at its maximum speed. Additionally, the battery is located under the seats in a space that protects it from collision events, thus preventing fire risks. 

If the child is under 12 years old (or shorter than 1.50 m), they must sit in an approved child seat, rear-facing for infants. Note: Topolino does not have an ISOFIX device. 

Yes, the Topolino can be driven outside Italy, but you must comply with the light quadricycle regulations in the relevant countries. The list of countries where the commercial warranty applies is specified in the general terms of sale. 

Similarly, the Topolino can be transported on a ferry, but you should check if the transport company has its regulations.  

The Topolino cannot be hitched or towed unless placed on a platform. Similarly, a tow hook is not available. The Topolino also cannot support a roof box. 

The Topolino has a lithium-ion battery placed flat under the floor. It's a 5.4 kWh battery (motor rated at 6kW - peak at 9 kWh during acceleration) with a real-use (WMTC) range of 75 km. The benefits are the same as our current electric vehicles = Zero CO₂ emissions + quiet operation. 
Your Topolino charges to 100% in less than 4 hours. Charging is straightforward with a 220V outlet, which you use to charge your phone! 
Moreover, the lithium-ion battery technology keeps the battery charged during extended stops. 

The battery comes with a 3-year/40,000 km warranty. Under normal usage conditions, the battery's capacity won't decrease below 70% of its original capacity after 8 years. 

Charging stations for electric vehicles are mandated by law for all newly constructed buildings with at least 10 residential units or undergoing building renovations. If you live in an older building, you can opt for the installation of a charging column in the garage or private parking space. Suppose you have a private garage in your facility and want to install a charging column for an electric car. In that case, you must send a formal communication to the building administrator; no local government authorizations are required. However, if it's not a private box but a shared space, you should send a formal request to the building administrator for a general meeting. TO BE UPDATED ONLY WHEN THE ADAPTER IS AVAILABLE. 

The price on this website includes the government incentive, which is 30% of the purchase price, up to a maximum of €3,000 (including VAT). The incentive is granted within the limits of the allocated financial fund until it is exhausted. For more information on terms, conditions, and limitations: government contribution, as per art. 1 comma 691 of Law 178/2020 and State contribution DPCM of April 6, 2022 – GU n.113 of May 16, 2022. After verifying your data for the contribution application and no later than 48 business hours from the order, we will forward the application to Mise to check the fund's availability. If the fund is no longer available, the Customer can withdraw the order according to art. 4.1 of the General Sales and Warranty Conditions. The government incentive is only valid for registrations made in Italy. This contribution is not valid for foreign registrations and must be paid at the time of balance. The government incentive becomes 40% of the purchase price, up to a maximum of €4,000, if a category L vehicle class Euro 0, 1, 2, or 3 is delivered for demolition or a vehicle that has been subject to mandatory re-registration according to the decree of the Minister of Infrastructure and Transport February 2, 2011, published in the Official Gazette n. 76 of April 2, 2011, which has been owned or registered for at least twelve months or owned by a cohabiting family member for at least twelve months. The government incentive is granted within the limits of the allocated financial fund until it is exhausted. Therefore, it is necessary to send to the following address IT@fiattopolino.com within 24 hours of order confirmation, the license plate number of the category L vehicle to be demolished and the related documents specifying if it was re-registered. Without this information, we cannot guarantee the reservation of the Ecobonus, which will be made within the following 48 business hours. For more details on terms, conditions, and limitations: government contribution, as per art. 1 comma 691 of Law 178/2020 and government contribution DPCM of April 6, 2022 – GU n.113 of May 16, 2022. You must provide the demolishing documents detailed in the order summary email after your purchase to benefit from the incentive. Please note that you will have to handle the procedures related to the demolition and any suspension of the Category L vehicle. The incentive is only valid for registrations made in Italy. For foreign registrations, this contribution is not valid. For the recognition of the Ecobonus, mopeds must comply with the reform of the road code law (Law 120/10), i.e., they must have a circulation certificate and license plate. Government contributions for individuals related to the indicated DPCM are recognized for the purchase, including financial leasing, of a vehicle, which must be registered to the beneficiary of the contribution, and the property must be kept for at least twelve months. If regulations require the Customer to retain ownership of Topolino for a minimum retention period ("Periodo Minimo di Ritenzione") to benefit from the Ecoincentives, the Customer will be required, as a condition for proceeding with the purchase, to sign a declaration in which they commit to holding Topolino and not reselling it to third parties for the Minimum Retention Period, with the Seller's right to request a repeat of the enjoyed Ecoincentive in case of non-compliance with the Minimum Retention Period by the Customer.
